I’m polishing the details of this case study to show you the full process. But why wait? You can jump straight into the live site and experience the final product right now.

Rebel Capital is a company that acquires enduring software businesses and transforms them. Their positioning is unique: they offer founders a “thoughtful exit,” while ensuring product, people, and legacy not only survive, but thrive.
• Create a website experience that instantly builds trust and authority - through visuals, content, and structure.
• Make the user journey clear: founder → exploring what Rebel Capital offers → deciding to reach out (“Let’s Connect”).
• Communicate the target criteria (revenue, margins, product moat, growth potential) in a way that’s digestible but robust.
• Use design and messaging that align with tech / software business audiences - i.e. modern, crisp, professional, yet approachable.

My approach was rooted in Trust-Centric, Value-Driven Design to ensure every element contributed to founder confidence and conversion.
UX solution: I reduced founder anxiety by elevating key trust signals (Testimonials, Target Criteria, "Rebel Edge") and placing them in a logical, demystifying flow near the top.
Visual Strategy: I implemented a modern, high-contrast aesthetic-pairing an authoritative dark base with a bold accent color-to signify innovation and financial professionalism, moving beyond traditional PE visuals.
Content Hierarchy: I went for a modern, high-contrast style -dark base, bold accent - to make the brand feel sharp, fresh, and confident.
The resulting digital experience successfully positions Rebel Capital as a strategic, technology-driven partner rather than just an exit option. The clean UX and clear qualification criteria have streamlined the funnel, resulting in a higher quality of leads and a strong foundation for future brand expansion.
